Hi Ron,

I just wanted to let you know about how happy I am with the service at the Venice Pit Stop location (913 S Tamiami). I have only been there twice, but each time I have received exceptional service from everyone there. It's amazing to me. People regularly hold the door for you to walk in, everyone seems willing to listen, and I've felt I got bang for my buck each time. So, please give a pat on the back to whoever is in charge of motivating the employees at the (913) Venice location, as I couldn't be a happier customer. From here on out, if I have any repair work that I can't even begin to think of doing myself, Pit Stop will be the first place I think of.
